Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and take care of it.
Due to the nature of our handmade personal care products, we do not accept returns on opened items.
In the rare case a return is approved, the item must be sent back before a refund is issued. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
While we do not guarantee refunds for all orders, we are committed to making sure our customers are satisfied and will work with you to resolve any issues.
